The PointsPlus Program

The Weight-Loss Skill: Tracking your PointsPlus values for weight-loss success

The Challenge: Tracking is a critical part of the PointsPlus plan. As we learn the new Program, we will need to adjust our methods for tracking.

The PointsPlus Solution: In today’s meeting, we will get a chance to discuss any questions or concerns we have about PointsPlus and about tracking in particular. We’ll learn the various options for tracking, hear about the sticker promotion, and get the benefits of a comprehensive Getting Started Session.
