Start Moving, Keep Moving

The Weight-Loss Skill:

Finding a physical activity you enjoy to help you lose weight and keep it off

The Challenge:

Some of us have trouble finding a physical activity that we enjoy and can stick with. Others of us exercise but don’t track our activity PointsPlus values—either because we don’t know how or because we fear that swapping them for more food will negate our hard work.

The PointsPlus Solution:

In this meeting, we will learn new ways to add movement that we can enjoy and sustain. We will also learn how to calculate activity PointsPlus values so we can get a handle on how much activity it takes to impact weight-loss efforts.
