In today’s meeting, we will learn how Weight Watchers Power Foods take Filling Foods to the next level. They’re not just filling; they’re also the healthiest foods and the best PointsPlus value bargains. We will identify specific foods that boost our satisfaction levels, and share ideas for including Power Foods daily. We will also be reassured that we can eat more protein and fruits (in moderation) and still lose weight.
