"Summer time, and the living is easy..." or is it? The lack of structure that often comes with that easy living can throw off members’ weight-loss efforts. Members may find that the laid-back vibe of the season leads to more snacking and mini-meals, which can easily lead to overeating.

The Points Plus Solution:
In this meeting, members will learn that snacking—the smart kind—can actually boost weight-loss efforts rather than hinder them. Members will explore how snacking can help them manage hunger and stay satisfied, keeping them in control of their eating. Members will share favorite snacks to generate new ideas for staying satisfied between meals.
