The Challenge:

It seems like whenever we hear of a celebrity losing weight (especially their baby weight) we think, "Well, if I had a personal trainer, a personal chef, and a nanny, I’d be able to lose weight too!" It’s easy to get caught up in "if only..." thinking. But very few of us have access to those resources, and even if we did, it wouldn’t make weight loss quick and easy or even guarantee our success. Using "if only..." thinking lets us off the hook for the efforts we’re able to make with the resources we already have.

In this meeting, we will determine what exactly we need for successful weight loss and explore ways, within our means, to make it a reality.
