It can also give us a built-in excuse for lack of progress and even failure.
The Solution: In this meeting, we will gain an understanding of how metabolism really works and what we can do to rev it up. Armed with this knowledge, we will be more likely to accept responsibility for our weight-loss efforts and feel more confident in our ability to succeed on the Momentum® plan.
